Quick and Easy Sonora Chicken Pasta

Penne Pasta
2 cans black beans
1/2 Jar Mild Salsa
Cumin
Garlic
Pepper
Salt
Chili Pepper
Shredded Mexican Cheese
 
Boil Pasta, drain, add ingredients except cheese mix together. Serve with cheese on top. Really good with garlic sourdough...oh wait...In Maryland you guys don't have good sourdough...HAHA!!! 

Fried chops

8 pork chops 
1 cup flour
1 cup powdered croutons
1/2 stick butter
eggs
olive oil
1/4 cup garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp dehydrated onion
1 tbsp Thyme

Heat skillet with olive oil and butter. Mix all dry ingredients on a plate or a bag then beat eggs until no clear is showing. dip pork chops in the egg then pat into the dry ingredients. When the butter begins to sizzle in the pan, stir the oil and butter together then put the pork chops in. They are done when they are golden brown and cooked through.

Vinegar Lime Pork Chops

4 boneless pork chops
1 cup lime vinegrette
pepper to taste
4 tsp rosemary
1 tsp garlic

Set the oven to 350. spray tray with olive oil cooking spray. Line up pork chops then pour vinegrette over the pork chops. Sprinkle spices over the individual pieces then bake for about 25-30 minutes.
